Foil-wrapped fries shared on the curb late at night
The kitchen stays on an extra hour on weekends. Everything on the menu is available right up to last call, including the fryer.

The change — Sunday through Thursday we're open 11 AM to 2 AM, same as always. Friday and Saturday we now run until 3 AM. That's one extra hour, and it starts this weekend.

Why — The half hour before close has been our busiest stretch of the week for most of this year. People were getting turned away at the door at 1:55 while there was still food on the flat-top. An extra hour costs us very little and fixes that.

The full menu, right to the end — Some places cut the fryer an hour before close and stop taking shakes at midnight. We don't. Whatever is on the board at 6 PM is on the board at 2:55 AM. The last order goes in at 2:50.

Getting in late — The patio stays open with the kitchen. Parking on 6th gets easier after 1 AM, and the lot behind the building is free after 10 PM. If you're walking, we're on the corner of E 6th and Attayac — look for the light.
